Show Notes

Join us for this first in a series called "Homeless on the Coast," where we explore local stories about displaced people in our communities.

Earlier this year, I visited the Hygge Salon in Astoria, where they held an event called, "Haircuts for the Homeless." Anyone can get a haircut for free that day. I learned a bit about some of their clients and about how Riverfolk, a Warrenton non-profit, helps homeless people get back on the road to a normal life. - Joanne Rideout
