Cold Coast - Episode 4

Cold Coast a show dedicated to finding  -  and identifying  -  the missing and unidentified persons of Tillamook, Pacific, and Clatsop Counties.

Thomas Joshua Hayes, or Josh to his friends and family, isn’t a stranger to the community.  He graduated from Astoria High School in 1996 and then chose to live and work various jobs throughout the community as an adult. But as he got older he began to get into trouble and was well known by local law enforcement.  Josh was last seen by family members on the 17th of July 2019 but a cellphone photo and a series of sightings add to the confusion of this missing persons case.
